ARTISANAL VARIATIONS AND PRODUCT PRESENTATION
At Mason’s, we strive to represent every garment as accurately as possible, through carefully curated images and detailed descriptions that showcase the true quality of our products on your device.
However, please note that minor differences in color, fabric or fit do not constitute defects. Such variations may occur due to several factors, including:

lighting conditions during photography;

the natural uniqueness of each piece, as a result of our artisanal and tailoring tradition.
HOW TO RETUN AN ITEM
If you need to return your order, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving the merchandise (the period starts from the delivery date). Please note that for customers in the USA / Canada and non-European countries, size exchanges or product replacements are not available—only returns are accepted.

Upon receipt of the email, customer service will provide you with instructions on how to make the return.
For customers in the USA / Canada:

You are responsible for shipping the item back to our U.S. warehouse at your own expense.

We do not provide return labels or arrange home pickups.

The return shipping address will be provided upon completion of the return request.
For customers in non-European countries (outside the USA / Canada):

You must ship the item back to our headquarters in Italy at your own expense.

The right to return is only valid if the following conditions are met:

The products must not have been used other than for size and fit testing. They must not have been washed and must not show any form of alteration

The product may be tried, tested or verified, but
must not be used, washed or damaged, other-
ments will be claimed for the value -
Hemmed products cannot be returned.

The identification tag and security seal must not have been removed or cut.

Products must be returned in their original packaging, including any bags and accessories.

Returned items must be shipped within 10 days from the notification of the return.
If all conditions are met, the full price of the purchased product will be refunded, excluding the original shipping costs. The refund will be made using the same payment method as the original order. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
